“Pixel Wave 2015”, interactive light installation by artist Miguel Chevalier.

There are some nice photos about humans and lights, forms and designs, different spaces betwen the spaces, near to the last edge. Some of this sensations which send you out of the awareness.

A special composition, Pixel Wave, is a giant carpet of light that covers the floor of the National Design Center, Singapore… and people can walk inside this amazing world of lines and colors.

mibloguel  has nominated matericdesign for this award which discloses a network of interesting blogs that everyone should follow.

The Liebster Awards Awards granted what other bloggers to recognize your work, so help spread the blog and give to know among other bloggers; It is a simple chain link exchange but mostly a very useful tool to disseminate and propagate our url to be gaining notoriety and, especially, to strengthen ties with our partners in the network. You also will create new relationships with other Internet users who share your same passion.

Of course, you follow the blog that nominated you, if you were not already doing; must visit blogs alongside the nominated and if you want you can follow as well.

Remember that blogging you to nominate, must warn using social networks and adding a comment on their pages, so be aware and continue the chain; remember to add the hashtag #LiebsterAwards to give prestige to your nominations.

You can answer the questions thrown at you, use standard awards or have something of yourself; I will use the same questions of the blog that nominated me:

Why did you decide to blog?

Design can change the world and the thinking of human beings, so I thought the best way of disseminating innovative ideas to other people to think, was to create a design blog, everything came from the hand of my professor Ricardo Llera (@ricardollera on Twitter).

How much time do you spend on your blog?

Never is enough.

Where did you get the inspiration to write?

Social networks, websites, other blogs, but the most important source is the search for something original to produce something in the reader.

Has your life changed after you create your blog?

Yes, new friends, new mindsets, new sensations…

What topic would you like to write more on your blog?

Obvius, I´m doing it: DESIGN.

What is your favorite blog?

All true blogs, but I trully like the blogs who can impress me.

Who do you direct your blog?

Only a select few.

What would you say to people who are considering starting a blog and you have not done?

Never do it, we are too much, jajaja.

How is your life outside the 2.0 world ?

Study, read and work, but I enjoy a lot listen music and take a walk with my wife.

A phrase that inspires you

when the car broke down, all will tell you that you should not have been there.

“BIARRITZKITSCH”, THE FIRTS VIRTUAL GALLERY OF CERAMIC ART

“Biarritzkitsch”, the first virtual gallery of ceramic art

Ana Cruz, Juan Pablo Tito, Carolina Toscano, Sophie Aguilera,
Tania Rodriguez and Elena Rodriguez are the artistic team.

Transgressive art and eccentric avant-garde. Around these two concepts Biarritzkitsch born, the first virtual contemporary art gallery dedicated exclusively to ceramics: www. biarritzkitsch.com.

cabeza janica-juan-pablo-tito

The idea arises in the Spanish-French border, between San Sebastian and Biarritz, in the minds of Pedro and Jorge Galdon Iparraguirre, two scholars of artistic currents of both countries living with one foot on each side of the edge and trying, not only bring this technique to the general public, but “uncover the unique pieces of pottery of all prejudices to place them at the level of the rest of the arts.

fetish_de Carolina ToscanoARTISTS
Famous potters exhibit their work in Biarritzkitsch with emerging artists. The Lisbon Ana Cruz has a degree in Fine Arts, a member of the ECSC (Centre for Research and Studies of Artistic Ceramics Lisbon) and has exhibited in major European competitions ceramic. Her pieces into a fantasy dream world and heartbreaking. Your pimples are aggressive but pious. A broad curriculum also accompanies Juan Pablo Martínez-Tito, Tito family workshop director who has both won the National Award for Arts in 2006 and 2012. With him, Elena Rodríguez also works on that winning workshop. Since 2007 parts of olive decorate shops Carter & Cavero business group in New York and has worked in the props of movies and series like Alatriste or Red Eagle.
For its part, the work of the Granada Tania Rodriguez discusses the human body as a territory of action. Finally, Sophie Aguilera shows an intimate universe, with pieces transported to a world of magical fantasies.

NARANJALIDAD

Naranjalidad, the sublime recreation of women faces.

I think there is not better introduction than she does in Facebook by herself:

Hello! I’m Beatriz, I’m finishing my degree in architecture so I’m about to be an architect. I live in Madrid and something I’ve always been really keen on, apart from architecture, is drawing and design. It’s a kind of passion. When I was a teenager I started making commisioned portraits but it’s now, at the age of 24, when I’ve decided to devote myself to this world.

10924172_812482438787666_2670245239743511225_oI like people who are Spring. Those people with attitude picnic in Retirement still carrying the world’s fattest coat. I want to be like them.

MacarenaGeaThere are many things that I fell when I see her drawings, a new kind of illustation,
maybe the reader don´t belive me, but there are many things that remains me

Naranjalidad works shows the same epic and idilic moment, there is no time in the lines,
there is not hurry, there are far from our presesnt, the city present.

AMAZING FILM OF OUR PLANET: “HOME” BY YANN ARTHUS-BERTRNAD

Home by Yann Arthus-Bertrand released in 2009 is an incredible documentary with impressive aerial images of our planet. Shows the diversity of life on Earth and how human activities have become a threat to the ecological balance of the planet.

home, yann arthus-bertrand, design, art, film, planet earth, planeta tierra

The documentary shows the history of planet Earth from its beginnings to the present.

Thus, the film conveys a profound ecological message (its title “Home” is “home” in Castilian) without falling into pessimism, repeating the phrase, “It is too late to be pessimistic”.

Moreover, the film is available for free on internet: youtube
